Cassidy Construction Co is a small family-owned construction company dedicated to its clients, community, and craftsmanship.
Founded in 1989, by John F. Cassidy Jr., had been licensed and certified Florida State Building contractor, EPA Certified Renovator, and contributor to the developmental material to the State of Florida contractor exams. As well as a dedicated father and mentor.
John built CCC on the principles of care and respect for his clients, making lasting impacts for his community and providing quality craftsmanship to every project from kitchen and bathroom remodel, specialty rooms, doors and windows, targeted weatherization, outdoor landscapes designs and new home construction.
Cassidy Construction Co, incorporated in 2003, now in its second generation of ownership, led by John’s son, Shad C. Cassidy, still holds true to its principles. Shad, with over 20 years of industry experience and foundational knowledge passed down by his father, became a Florida State Certified Building Contractor (CBC 1267379) in 2023.
